We want you to be completely satisfied with ContentTrace. If it doesn't work for you, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

You're eligible for a full refund if:

  • You purchased Pro or Pro+ within the last 30 days
  • You haven't previously received a refund for ContentTrace
  • Your license hasn't been revoked for Terms of Service violations

This 30-day guarantee includes and extends any statutory right of withdrawal that may apply to your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of fraud or abuse.

How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at hello@contenttrace.app with:

  • Your order/transaction ID
  • The email used for purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within:

  • 1-2 business days: Refund approved and initiated
  • 5-10 business days: Funds appear in your account (depends on your bank/payment provider)

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. While we approve and initiate the process, the final reversal is subject to 2Checkout’s processing times and your bank’s processing times.

After Your Refund

Once refunded:

  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • Pro/Pro+ features will stop working
  • You can continue using the free version

What's NOT Refundable

  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase
  • Licenses revoked for Terms of Service violations
  • Multiple refund requests (one refund per customer)
